SECURE & ENJOY YOUR HOME

BOX OUT OTHER BUYERS

I’ll write an offer that works for you.

We’ll negotiate to reach agreement with the sellers at terms you approve.

Once they have signed your contract, the sellers have to sell it to you unless you reject it because of something you learn.

You’ll give earnest money (about 1% of the price) to be held by a neutral party until closing.

INVESTIGATE AND APPROVE YOUR HOME

I will gather important information for you to review.

I will help you find answers to all your questions.

We’ll thoroughly inspect your new home and negotiate with the sellers to resolve issues we find.

Your lender will have an appraiser confirm that you are paying a fair price.

If you aren’t happy with what we find out along the way, you can cancel without penalty.

COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE

I’ll help you know what to do to be ready for your big day.

We’ll meet at the title company to sign all of your paperwork and transfer the money to the sellers.

You’ll get the keys, so you can move in to enjoy your new home!
