ONLINE — Links to menu pages with lots of resources, or to specific pages that answer specific questions your friends are asking, are easy to share by email, text, or social media, so please share them freely with anyone you think they might help.
PRINTED — Each of these resources is also available as a compact, colorful tri-fold flyer. Think of them as enhanced business cards—packed with helpful tips and information along with my contact information. I’m happy to give you as many printed flyers as you want—just ask for whatever you’d like to have available to share.
